Jan 30, 2026"I myself have given a really good review to this particular KFC at colombier, but recently it has become worse. Today I ordered (in store) the new menu 2 ultra box which costs 26 euros, they were supposed to give me the bigger burger instead i got the smaller one on both boxes which was supposed to cost me 20 euros not 26. I paid 26 euros and got something totally different. I came home so hungry ready to eat and it was extremely disappointing. I couldn’t go to store because it was very late and i was so tired. Also another time i ordered food on an app from KFC which costs around 30 euros and when the food came the main dish was missing. It was pouring rain outside, i was a bit sick and it was 22h45. I called this branch multiple times but no one picked up. And the store would close at 23h. I literally had to run out of breath because I didn’t have food and the place i was staying closes the kitchen at 23h as well. This keeps on happening again and again and again. Its not free food. we are paying so much for it and you cant even provide with the right order. It feels awful to happen again and again. I have the bills and pictures but im not sure if KFC cares!"
